3.9R in NE IRAN <--As predicted spot on coordinates

A small 3.9R in Iran came in this morning th strongest of the two events which came in today.
We expected this yestreday so it came in 5 hours delayed but spot on, as our predicted coordinates were.... Iran (35.2N, 54.3E, 60.5E, a tremendous accuracy considering our resources and the huge size of the country.
