4.5R in Japan today! <----------As Expected

Another event in Japan today a small 4.5R earthquake near off East Coast of Honshu, Japan.
As we pointed out this is a vulnerable period for Japan. We were expecting today to see stronger events but ALL events are modulated DOWN due to the low sunspot count and generally we see today very low numbers and very low intensity earthquakes. We were execting some events today but all todays events are modulated down. The danger window is not closed, and I would like to point out that event tomorrow it is a vulnerable date.
