Mystery Solved: Scientists Identify Mysterious Hairy Creatures On Philippine Beach

The residents of an island community in the Philippines are baffled by a white, hairy "sea monster-looking blob" that have washed up on Wednesday. The images of the two mysterious creatures went viral on social networking sites.
According to The Sun, a mysterious hairy sea creature has washed up on a beach in Cagdainao, Dinagat Islands in the Philippines. Some speculate it might be entirely new species of animal but not many are convinced.
The researchers suggest that it could be badly decomposed remains of a dead animal like a hale or sea cow. That would have been brought to the shoreline by the recent earthquakeThe creature was discovered on a beach in Cagdainao, Dinagat Islands in the Philippines. The creature is measured about 19 feet long and washed up Wednesday.
The carcasses are the latest in a string of unusual sea creatures that have reportedly been spotted on the islands recently. Giant oarfish have been washing up elsewhere in the country, leading to fears an earthquake may soon strike.
Earlier this month, a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck in the Surigao Province, in the south of the country. As a result of this, at least eight people die and more than 120 were injured.
The Mirror has reported that the dolphin carcasses that washed up on shores are mostly fresh. But the recent carcass belongs to an animal that died quite a while ago. The mysterious animal could have washed up due to the recent earthquake that struck the Philippines earlier this month.
The mysterious creatures that wash up on the shoreline are called glob star. These puzzling appearances are often reported worldwide causing numerous speculations about their origin.
However, the recent massive glob star has also drawn the attention of all locals and visitors. Hundreds have flocked to the beach to catch the glimpse of the hairy monster and to take selfies with it.
