In the following diagram we can see Global Earthquake predictions for February 2017. This means earthquakes of >6R somewhere in the world. For this period we observe that there is a HIGH* probability to have an earthquake >6R somewhere in the world on 3rd 10th 16th 21st and 26th February 2017 and smaller in other dates as shown below: (Note the scales are not logarithmic, or Richter)
The probability Scales are as follows:
*SMALL (<40%) MEDIUM (40-60%) and HIGH (>60%)
