In an effort to be more precise this is what we have come up on the location and time of such events.
Date: 12th July 2016
WHERE: CRETE
LOCATION:
a) The First Double.....(35.34N, 24.23E) and (35.54N, 24.26E)
b) The Second Double ....(35.37N, 24.23E) and (35.37N, 24.26E)
TIMES: 1st DOUBLE: 08:33GMT and 08:53GMT DT=time diff.=10 minutes between them
2nd DOUBLE: 09:29GMT and 09:31GMT DT=time diff.=2 minutes between them
MAGNITUDE: About 4-5R
If the doubles come then the dispersive effect may reduce the magnitude. So it remains to be seen if it materialises maybe low 4Rs due to the seasonal lows anyway.

A double did come but wrong place in Greece. So progress but not full.
