CALIFORNIA 27-28th July 2016: Can we ignore the signal??

California is also a region where we got a signal for tomorrow, 27th July. Can we ignore it? I think not especially when our method signaled it a month ago, it is also backed up recently by cloud signals and chemical signlas as per below:
