4.1R near coast of Turkey - Are earthquakes located randomly? In future, can mathematical sequences give the exact position of the next earthquake?

The following figure is a chart from a post on 26th October about the location of the earthquakes in Greece during October. (>4R). A friend informed me that todays 4.1R was also on the 5th Fibonacci Line, as per arrow. I am sure this is not random luck.

If we add horizontal lines as well as shown we also get them via today's epicenter.  Where Horizontal lines and vertical cross it seems to be hotspot locations. This is a great way of pinpointing the location of future earthquakes.

In the following table we can see the details of todays 4.1R earthquake.
