Some people use Astrology to predict earthquakes. This is done with methods very old (I avoid the word ancient). and looking at conjunctions and ANGLES between various planets and other points.
Her is todays chart for 16th October 2015. We can see Mars and Venus conjunct clearly in Virgo. What is useful about this is the fact that we can see angles also. We have Pluto trining Mars/Venus. Also Moon conjunct Saturn sesquisquare (135 deg) Uranus. and Neptune too with Sun. A quiet day overall but certainly more active than yesterday.
