Huge swing in the TEC Rate over the MED!

Just now, (15:30GMT) we saw a massive blue blob over the Med countries is shown on this TEC Rate map. This huge swing over those locations in their ionosphere is very big. I wonder if we will get a strong event in Greece for example in a couple of days!
